What usually goes wrong
Agency work has two lives: the client's campaign and the studio's queue. Tools model one or the other, so the plan lives in a deck, the work lives in a tracker, and reconciling them is somebody's Friday.
What the template gives you
Tasks grouped under Campaigns. Stages: planning, in progress, review, approved, published. Sprints are on, because agencies often do plan in weeks — turn them off if you do not.
What changes
“Approved” and “published” are different stages, which is the distinction every client conversation turns on. Filters live in the URL, so “everything in review for this client” is a link you paste into the channel where it is being asked about.
