Call the work what your business calls it
Zephyro is a work management platform you shape around your process — rename every concept, build the workflow your team actually follows, and work in four languages, right to left included.
Cases

Most tools ask you to speak their language
You end up describing your business in someone else's words, and the gap gets filled by a spreadsheet next to the system.
Everything is a "task"
A claim is not a task. A case is not a ticket. When a tool has one word for all work, every conversation needs a translation step.
The workflow is close, but not yours
A stage you cannot add is a stage that lives in someone's head — and the work that sits in it is invisible to everyone else.
Your language is an afterthought
Right-to-left support added late shows up as icons on the wrong side, and dates in an order nobody reads that way.
What you can change
All of it in the interface, without code.
Rename everything
Task, sprint, epic — each has a singular and plural name you choose, per type of work. The whole interface follows.
Fourteen field types
Text, long text, number, currency, date, date range, select, multi-select, checkbox, URL, email, phone, person, rating. Mark one required and the rule holds on every write, including from the API.
Your own statuses
Add them, colour them, drag to reorder. Each belongs to a stage — backlog, to do, in progress, done — so boards and reports stay comparable.
Three views, one link
A list grouped by epic, a kanban board you drag cards across, a sortable table. Filters live in the URL, so a filtered view is a link you can send.
Roles and departments
Owner, admin, member, viewer — plus departments to route work. Every request is checked against the workspace it touches.
Sprints, comments, history
Plan in sprints, discuss on the item itself, attach files. Every change is recorded with who made it and when.
Start from a template, then make it yours
Six starting points, each with its own vocabulary and its own statuses. Nothing in them is fixed.

Work is called a claim, not a task. Rename it the day you disagree.
Run it from Claude
Zephyro connects to Claude as an MCP connector. Ask in plain language and Claude works inside your workspace: creating and updating tasks, moving them between statuses, managing sprints, epics, statuses and fields.
Move the roof claim to Under Review and assign it to Dana.
Moved to Under Review, assigned to Dana.
Claude · on behalf of Vladimir
Every action is attributed. The history shows that the agent did it, and on whose behalf — so an automated change never looks like a human one.
Four languages, two directions
English, Russian, Hebrew and Arabic — the product itself, not a translated label here and there. In Hebrew and Arabic the layout mirrors, and dates, numbers and money are formatted for the language the reader chose rather than for their browser.
Each person picks their own. The same workspace reads in Hebrew for one colleague and in Russian for another.
Questions
- How much does it cost?
- Nothing while Zephyro is in early access. Pricing will be published before anything is ever charged.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. Zephyro runs in the browser, on a laptop or a phone.
- Can I change the terminology later?
- Yes. Names, fields and statuses can be changed at any time, and the items you already have follow the change.
- Which languages are supported?
- English, Russian, Hebrew and Arabic, with right-to-left layout for Hebrew and Arabic.
- Does Claude get access to my data?
- Only if you connect it, and only to the workspaces your own account can already reach. You can disconnect it at any time.
- Is my data separated from other companies'?
- Yes. Every record belongs to a workspace, and membership in that workspace is checked on every request.
