Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 July 2026. This document is published in English only. The English text is the one that applies.

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Zephyro at zephyro.io andapp.zephyro.io. Zephyro is operated byVladimir Nizovtsev, an individual based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account you accept these terms. If you are using Zephyro for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.

Early access

Zephyro is early software. It is provided as it is, features may change or be withdrawn, and there is no guaranteed level of availability. We do not promise it will be free of faults, and we ask you not to rely on it as the only record of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Free now, priced later

Zephyro currently costs nothing, and there is no limit on workspaces, members or items. That will not last indefinitely: Zephyro is intended to become a paid product.

When that happens, prices will be published before anything is charged, and nobody will be billed without first choosing a plan. If you do not want to pay, you will be able to export your data and stop using the service. Nothing here promises that Zephyro will be free permanently, and you should not plan on the basis that it will be.

Your account

Give accurate registration details, keep your sign-in secure, and take responsibility for what happens under your account. Tell us atvladimirnizov@gmail.com if you believe it has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use Zephyro to:

If you find a security weakness, write to vladimirnizov@gmail.com and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before making it public. We will not pursue you for reporting one in good faith.

Your content

What you put into Zephyro remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — to store your content, display it back to you and the people you have invited, and back it up. We claim no other rights over it, and we do not use it to train anything.

Connecting other tools

You may connect Zephyro to other software, including AI assistants such as Claude through the MCP connector. If you do, that software acts with the permissions of the account that connected it, and what it does is your responsibility. You can disconnect it at any time.

Suspension and closure

You may stop using Zephyro and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that threatens the service or its other users. Except where the breach is serious or the law requires otherwise, we will warn you first and give you a chance to retrieve your data.

No warranty

Zephyro is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. In particular we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose of yours.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for lost or corrupted data. Because the service is provided free of charge, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is currently nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top will change with them, and if a change materially affects you we will tell you rather than relying on you noticing. Continuing to use Zephyro after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, that choice does not take away the protections your own country's law gives you and does not allow us to be contracted out of them. In particular, if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your rights over your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy and are unaffected by this section.
